The Remembrance Service this year was attended by more residents than usual. Our local vicar Johnny Douglas led it supported by the Parish Council and the Royal British Legion. The local Air Training Corps
led the procession in once more with their flags. Local Scouts were present in large numbers with their Leaders and Parents supporting the young Cubs. The wreaths which were laid were taken to be displayed in the Memorial Garden in the centre of Hextable. Refreshments were again supplied for those staying to chat afterwards
